"So I've gotten my insurance through this office since like 2016 and they are just so awesome. My auto insurance premiums are literally unbeatable. I get those calls from people trying to hook me up with car insurance and they never even come close to the savings I get from Chris Cutlers office. In fact, today I was looking for some life insurance and his insurance rep Alastair hooked me up with an end of life policy that was perfect for my needs and not unreasonably priced. He took my phone call immediately and was knowledgeable about what State Farm offers and seemed understanding of my concerns and didn't give the impression I was being weird, talking about death so openly. I mean, that's what it's for, my eventual demise and my desire to not leave my family stuck making a gofundme and I can get the "disposal" of my body that suits me personally. Thanks to Alastair for being so professional and non judgemental. I'm serious, I laugh in the face of other insurance carriers when they try to get me to switch. Sometimes I even get the quotes just to KNOW I'm getting the best deal from you guys. Never fails, double, or even triple the premuims. You want your insurance through this office."

"Make sure you will never have to switch policies or cancel a plan with this guy. If you need to make a change or cancel he will ignore you so you have to call State Farm's corporate line to get it taken care of. HIGHLY discourage anyone considering this hack job."

"The representative Joy had incorrectly put my policy in. I had requested roadside assistance and requested for her to check to make sure it was on the policy. She had told me yes that she had double checked. I had a flat tire on the road and come to find out I did NOT have roadside assistance. I had to pay an additional $100. On two separate occasions my policy was incorrect. I have had state farm for years and my other agent never gave me any problems. It was when I moved and decided to go with this agent that I began to have inconsistencies. She is not knowledgeable in her field and has poor customer service skills. Also, when I was switching to another agent she had called my family members to discuss why I haven't participated in paying for my insurance after she was informed that my business was going to a different agent."

"My rates went up with 3 months left on my auto policy due to "excessive mileage"-34,938 on a 2015 vehicle. (6,987.6 average miles a year). I have no tickets or claims on my insurance and have not since for 30+ years. If I wanted to take 10% off this added expense, I would have to install their "Drive Safe & Save" beacon to my car. I refuse to allow people to monitor where and I go and when. My good record speaks for itself. I had to research myself to see that insurance companies feel mileage over 7,500 annually is high. Chris would not answer my question about why 34,938 was considered excessive mileage. I am still under their limits. I left Chris Cutler."

I also want to add that thanks to her I have stayed with State Farm even when I was offered what I thought would be better insurance. I called her and said I was thinking of changing insurance and told her why, she let me explain without interrupting me and then explained the reason why the deal was to good to be true. So thanks to her listening, answers any of my calls or getting back to if she was busy at that time and always going above and beyond what I would think a agent would do , is the reason why I will stay with State Farm.
